ELDT CDL Training Contract

This Contract is entered into between H-D CDL Profession Instruction (hereinafter, Instructor) and (hereinafter, Student), for instruction in Entry Level Driver’s Training Commercial Driver’s License.

This instruction will include, but not be limited to, the following:

Vehicle inspection.
Basic control of vehicle.
Shifting gears.
Seeing.
Communicating.
Controlling speed.
Managing space.
Seeing hazards.
Distracted driving.
Aggressive drivers/road rage.
Night driving and driver fatigue.
Driving in fog.
Driving in winter.
Driving in very hot weather.
Railroad-highway crossings.
Mountain driving.
Driving emergencies.
Antilock braking systems.
Skid control and recovery.
Crash procedures.
Fires.
Alcohol and other drugs and driving.
Hazardous materials rules for all commercial drivers.
Inspecting cargo.
Weight and balance.
Securing cargo.
Cargo needing special attention.

This will include both classroom (group) and on-the-road training (individual).

The cost of the school is $3,000.00. If Student supplies their own equipment, there will be no additional cost. If student will be using Instructor’s equipment, there will be an additional charge of $200.00.

The school will not refund any tuition or part of tuition if the school is ready, willing and able to fulfill its part of the agreement.

This constitutes the entire agreement between Instructor and Student, and no verbal statement or promises will be recognized.
